How it works

Open the app for the moment you’re in.

Set it up once, in about a minute. After that, each app gives you one clear answer and lets you get back to your day.

  1. Add your baby

Their name and age, so each app matches this month, not last. Syncing between the apps is something we’re exploring.

  2. Pick the moment

Getting dressed for bed, lunchtime, playtime or the 2 am feed. Each app does one job.

  3. Get one clear answer

What to put on, what to cook, what to play, or when they last ate. Then back to your day.

Our apps

Four little apps. One job each.

Pick one to see what it answers. TinyLayers is out now, and the other three are on the way.

TinyLayers · Baby sleepwear and TOG guide

What should my baby wear to sleep?

TinyLayers turns your nursery’s room temperature into one clear answer: which bodysuit, which sleepsuit and which TOG sleeping bag. It works for going outside too, from a hot summer walk to a freezing pram ride, so you can dress your baby for the weather without guessing.

  • A baby TOG guide for every room temperature
  • What to dress your baby in for walks, car rides and the pram
  • A quick safe-sleep check before naps and bedtime
  • Notes for every age, from newborn to 2 years and up

What is TinyBundle?

TinyBundle is a family of four calm parenting apps from TwoBrickLabs: TinyLayers for what your baby should wear, TinyMeals for starting solids, TinyBlooms for play ideas, gentle milestones and memories, and TinyNaps for tracking sleep, feeds and diapers.

What should my baby wear to sleep at 18°C?

At a room temperature of 17–21°C, TinyLayers suggests a long-sleeve bodysuit, a footed sleepsuit and a 2.5 TOG sleeping bag. Check the back of your baby’s neck: it should feel warm, not sweaty.

What TOG sleeping bag does my baby need?

Use 0.5 TOG above 24°C, 1.0 TOG at 21–24°C, 2.5 TOG at 17–21°C, and 3.5 TOG below 17°C. TinyLayers works this out from your room temperature and tells you what to layer underneath.

When can my baby start solid foods?

Most health bodies, including the WHO and NHS, recommend starting solids at around 6 months, when your baby can sit up with support, hold their head steady and bring food to their mouth. Speak to your health visitor or paediatrician if you’re unsure.

Is baby-led weaning or purées better?

Both are fine, and many families do a mix. TinyMeals supports spoon-fed purées, baby-led weaning finger foods, or both, and adjusts textures as your baby grows.

What activities can I do with my 4-month-old?

At around 4 months, babies love mirror play, reaching for toys, tummy time with something interesting to look at, and simple songs. TinyBlooms suggests one idea at a time based on your baby’s age and how much time you have.

What’s the easiest way to track my baby’s sleep, feeds and diapers?

Log each one as it happens, with as few taps as possible. TinyNaps puts sleep, feeds and diapers on one screen, shows when your baby last ate or slept, and keeps a timeline you can bring to check-ups. It helps you understand your own records; it doesn’t predict sleep or give medical advice.

Do the TinyBundle apps sync with each other?

Not yet. Each app works on its own, so you add your baby in each one you use. We’re exploring ways to sync the apps, and we’ll share news here if and when it’s ready.

Do the apps give medical advice?

No. The apps offer everyday guidance based on published sources, not medical advice. Always speak to a healthcare professional about your baby’s health.

Which devices do the apps work on?

TinyLayers is available for iPhone on the App Store now. TinyMeals, TinyBlooms and TinyNaps are coming soon.
